The week of January 20th, 2019 we will be starting up classes again. This is an 8 week course. We will be offering 2 different class times. Expect the information to be out soon. The course includes a workbook, as well as a recipe book. You will learn what healthy eating today means, what is happening with foods now, how to navigate and know what is going on, and how to make healthy foods for yourself for a healthy future. Every class includes a cooking demonstration as well.

You do not have to accept that you have to feel sick, tired and/or are on your way to developing an autoimmune disease. THIS does NOT have to be what your future looks like.
